Find your child's phone

A supervised child's eligible device may appear in a family device list. Set up the feature with the child's account and the platform's family controls ahead of time.

What to do

First, check

Check whether the child's device is actually enrolled and visible in the family service.

Then

Use the official family view to locate or secure the missing phone, and explain the settings to your child as appropriate.

If it’s not that simple

Confirm supervision and prerequisites first

Device enrolled

Check that it actually appears in the supported family service.

Device offline

Read the service status; do not promise current coordinates.

Immediate concern
